Soly Perfumes.– Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • You have the right to return the perfume within 48 hours of receiving it, provided that no more than 2 ml has been used from the bottle.
  • You can return the perfume within 48 hours if there are manufacturing defects that affect the performance of the perfume and were not previously disclosed.
  • Note: Outlet products may have minor cosmetic defects such as scratches, faded letters, printing errors, or a cracked cap. Most bottles do not have these defects, but they may occur in some cases.

Inspection Conditions

  • For Outlet products: The customer has the right to inspect the order before receiving it.
  • For Sealed Box products: Inspection is done after receiving the order.

Additional Return Conditions

  • For Sealed Box products: Returns are accepted only if the box has not been opened.
  • If the Sealed Box has been opened, a 200 EGP unsealing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The product must be in its original condition as received.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return request, we will inspect the bottle to ensure it has not been excessively used, replaced, broken, or opened (unless the unsealing fee applies).
  • If the conditions are met, the customer is entitled to a full refund (excluding shipping costs and any unsealing fees).
  • Refund Methods:
    • If payment was made by Visa or MasterCard, the refund will be processed back to the same card used for payment, within the time frame determined by the payment processor.
    • If payment was made by Cash, Vodafone Cash, or InstaPay, the refund will be issued using the same payment method.
  • If the return conditions are not met, the request will be rejected and the shipment will be sent back to the customer.
